ACTIVE 20-30 CLUBS OF US & CANADA
“ONE NEVER STANDS SO TALL AS WHEN KNEELING TO HELP A CHILD”
The Active 20-30 Club US & Canada develops leaders and serves the needs of children in nearly 50 clubs coast-to-coast. Each chapter or club is locally run by a volunteer board of directors and members focused on serving the unique needs of their local communities. It’s not all “business” in Active 20-30, though. Our members also like to have fun and build friendships across the organization. This is why social and networking events play a large part in making Active 20-30 US & Canada the service organization for young professionals. We have worked to maintain business relationships with sponsors and donors alike during Covid-19 and continue to positively influence the lives of children in our communities.
ACTIVE 20-30 ROHNERT PARK/COTATI
The Active 20-30 Club’s charitable purpose is to raise money for underprivileged children in Sonoma County through a variety of fundraisers. We give back with hands on projects that include back to school shopping, holiday meals; community restoration project and school scholarships. The Active 20-30 Club Rohnert Park/Cotati #656 is a group of men aged 20-39 focused on improving the quality of life of less fortunate children in the Rohnert Park/Cotati area.
ACTIVE 20-30 PETALUMA
We are a social club that enjoys helping our community! Petaluma Active 20-30 #30 hosts fun events to benefit our community and specifically underprivileged children around us. The proceeds we raise benefit those children in need. Petaluma Active 20-30 #30’s biggest event each year is the Children’s Shopping Spree. In August before the school year starts, the club takes underprivileged children back-to-school shopping at Kohl’s in Petaluma. Volunteers and the children shop the store before it opens to the public. Often, this is the first time these kids have owned a brand new pair of shoes or clothes that aren’t hand-me-downs.
ACTIVE 20-30 SEBASTOPOL
Active 20-30 Sebastopol is a re-charter of a club that started in Sebastopol in 1930. In an effort to expand community knowledge and participation in Active 20-30, we have been- and will continue- working with local businesses to increase membership and raise money for the children in need in West Sonoma County.
Men and women who live and/or work in West Sonoma County (Sebastopol, Forestville, Monte Rio, etc…) are invited to join us for our Trivia night the 4th Monday of every month, currently happening at the Community Market in Sebastopol.
